How to Make Keema Roll At Home?

Ingredients


  1. Ground meat (such as beef, lamb, or chicken)
  2. Onion
  3. Garlic
  4. Ginger
  5. Green chili pepper
  6. Tomato
  7. Cilantro
  8. Garam masala
  9. Cumin powder
  10. Coriander powder
  11. Turmeric powder
  12. Salt
  13. Lemon juice
  14. Oil
  15. Paratha or roti (flatbread) for wrapping.

Recipe:


  • Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute until they turn translucent.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
  • Add minced meat (keema) and cook until it turns brown.
  • Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and coriander powder. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
  • Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Take a roti or paratha and place the keema mixture on it. Roll it tightly and wrap it in aluminum foil.
  • Heat a tawa or pan and place the wrapped roll on it. Cook until it turns golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup. Enjoy your delicious keema roll!
