How to Make Keema Roll At Home?
Ingredients
- Ground meat (such as beef, lamb, or chicken)
- Onion
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Green chili pepper
- Tomato
- Cilantro
- Garam masala
- Cumin powder
- Coriander powder
- Turmeric powder
- Salt
- Lemon juice
- Oil
- Paratha or roti (flatbread) for wrapping.
Recipe:
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute until they turn translucent.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- Add minced meat (keema) and cook until it turns brown.
- Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and coriander powder. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
- Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Take a roti or paratha and place the keema mixture on it. Roll it tightly and wrap it in aluminum foil.
- Heat a tawa or pan and place the wrapped roll on it. Cook until it turns golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup. Enjoy your delicious keema roll!
