Smokey Mutton Recipe

Smokey Mutton is a popular dish in Indian cuisine. It is made with mutton, a type of meat from a sheep, cooked in a smoky, spicy sauce. The dish is typically served with naan bread, rice, or other accompaniments. The smokiness of the dish comes from the combination of spices used in the marinade, such as cumin, coriander, turmeric, and chili powder.

The mutton is marinated for several hours in the spiced mixture, then cooked in a pan with a little oil until golden brown. It is then served with a smoky, spicy sauce made from tomatoes, onions, garlic, and ginger. The dish is both flavorful and aromatic, and is sure to tantalize your taste buds!
