Cooking tips and variations

Marinating the chicken in a mixture of yogurt, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, and garam masala can add a burst of flavor to the dish.

You can also add some extra spice by including dried red chili flakes or cayenne pepper.

For a creamy version of the dish, try adding a few tablespoons of cream or coconut milk to the marinade.

You can also try using different types of chicken, such as boneless thighs or breasts.

If you’re looking for a healthier version, try grilling or baking the chicken instead of frying.

For a different flavor, try adding a tablespoon of honey to the marinade.

Serve the chicken tikka boti with a side of basmati rice or naan bread.
