Ingredients


  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 cup of corn flour
  • 1 cup of ghee (clarified butter)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of saffron
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped almonds and pistachios (for garnishing)

Recipe:


Soak 1 cup of semolina in water for 30 minutes.
In a pan, add 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water. Cook until the sugar dissolves.

Add the soaked semolina to the pan and mix well.
Add 1/2 cup of ghee and cook on low heat for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
