Ingredients
- 2 cups of milk
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 cup of corn flour
- 1 cup of ghee (clarified butter)
- 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of saffron
- 2 tablespoons of chopped almonds and pistachios (for garnishing)
Recipe:
Soak 1 cup of semolina in water for 30 minutes.
